On Saturday, June 26, 2026, Nina Hammarström married Jesper Thornberg. Nina is a coach for the world’s elite riders and has been my personal trainer for many years, she has made sure that my body is kept moving, I will continue to photograph as long as I can hold my Leica.
She has also posed as a model when I wanted to make a photograph that ties together what I try to express when I photograph bodies and horses, that photograph is included in my exhibition AN EYE FOR AN EYE which runs until November 1, 2026 at beautiful Smådalarögård.
When she married Jesper, they hired me to capture the whole wedding story, here is a little first glimpse.

We are so incredibly happy with Kicki who photographed our wedding in Vaxholm. Kicki is incredibly creative and full of ideas and really went the extra mile to get pictures that feel both personal, exciting and very much us.
