Cat Burkley, Los Angeles, Annie Leibovitz’s producer, emailed me a year before her little sister Molly would marry her Aaron to see if I was free. I arrived at Medevi Brunn and the family house and spent two nights there of which the first evening was spent with their closest friends for a cozy BBQ. On the day of the wedding, Molly received help from her two sisters, ranging from hair and make up to the wedding dress, such a beautiful bride. Molly commented about Aaron just before the wedding; He is my angel.
After the wedding ceremony, one drank traditional “Brunn”, the guests had flown in mainly from the United States and belonged to the elite in the media, fashion and film industry. A little later, Molly & Aaron got a horse and carrage ride to an old wooden bowling lane that I chose as a photo environment. We played around and took pictures and they got to enjoy some champagne. During the wedding dinner, they had the “Grötlunken” which also is a tradition that has existed in Medevi Brunn since ancient times, the Brunn Orchestra is led by children with banners and you sing and dance. After dinner, Princess Cake was served and dancing to Brunns Orchestra in a romantic setting continued. Cat contacted me the following year when it was time for sister number three to marry at Medevi Brunn.
