Josephine together with her wedding coordinator met several photographers when I was hired for their three-day wedding in August 2009.
My mission started early in the morning when I caught Josephine and her sister’s preparations in Princess’s Lilians suite at The Grand Hotel. Mats arrived with his two brothers for photos and the departure to the church.
Paparazzi photographers from all over the world followed the couple, it was chaotic to say the least. The wedding was held in the beautiful Maria Magdalena church in front of the world’s hockey and celebrity elite. A flower arrangement that looked like something from a royal fairy tale adorned the church and Helene Sjöholm sang beautifully for the bride and groom. The bridal couple arrived at Bro Hof Castle in a silver-colored 1960s Rolls Royce and the festivities went on well into the small hours.
Afterwards I received a thank you card with the text “Wow Kicki, those pictures” Thanks, Josephine & Mats Sundin.
