Tanja Askrabic, Marketing Manager at Hogberga Gard hotel, contacted me in 2012. They had just renovated their conference section and wanted me to document this as well as other hotel rooms and suites. Hogberga Gard hotel works a lot with the colour purple representing the artistry which I used when documenting the hotel. As a result, I also got the assignment to document Tammsvik conference establishment, hotel rooms as well as lounges. Tanja Ascrabic wanted to highlight my photo art so in 2014 I had my first exhibition at Hogberga Gard hotel. The owner of Hogberga Gard hotel- Johan Hjort, bought 4 of my photographs and they are permanently hanging in Hogberga, including the China Room and adjacent to the gallery. I was also hired to photograph the owner Johan Hjort’s wedding 2015.
Tanja Ascrabic says about using my pictures today: “Your photos are used primarily for our website – partly to promote weddings, but also to give our customers clear information about – and a sense of – how our meeting environments look”. “Some of the images are used in brochures, on roll ups, our customer magazine, and in some cases in editorial articles”.
